Misconduct, Misogyny, and Harassment Have no Place in San Leandro

Today, I am making a firm commitment to every City of San Leandro employee, contractor, and resident. I will have a strict, zero tolerance policy for misconduct, misogyny, or harassment of any kind in my administration. I firmly believe that excellent governance can only come through a culture of respect and from a position where people feel safe. As your Mayor, I will insist on the highest ethical standards for myself, the City Council, and San Leandro city employees. No one should ever be afraid to speak out.
